Hello Jane

New artist, Hello Jane debuts her single release ‘Everything’s Alright’ with a full band line up and special support acts at Studio 188 Ipswich, Live at the Baptist, 28th Feb 2020.

Hello Jane is a new artist project born out of singer-songwriter Madeleine McCaw’s desire for simplicity and ‘no fuss’ when it comes to all things surrounding her music; from writing to recording, and now releasing. Having grown up listening to songwriters including Missy Higgins, Paul Kelly, and Carole King, Hello Jane has developed a rich blend of classic folk storytelling and pop melody supported by an angelic voice that captures you in an instant.

Now, having notably performed on stages across South East Queensland including Black Bear Lodge, The Milk Factory, Toowoomba Flower Festival, Redfest Strawberry Festival and Gympie Muster Talent Quest (Semi-Finals), Hello Jane sets off on her first East Coast Tour in celebration of her debut single ‘Everything’s Alright’ set to be released on the 31st January 2020.

Miss Elm

Surrounded by jazz musicians at young age, Erin has been exploring creativity through music her whole life. Classical Violin, Singing lessons and a Popular Music Degree birthed the creation of a quirky Singer Songwriter. Erin became her alter ego; Miss Elm. Miss Elm has travelled around Australia playing in many popular festivals such as the SPRUKE Ukulele Festival, Caloundra Music Festival and was once a finalist in the QMusic Awards in the ‘Singer Songwriter’ Category. Miss Elm is now a stripped back and true sound that features the love of Ukuleles and live looping with a blend of pop, folk and an honest voice. 2019 saw the release of debut singles ‘Clean Slate’ and ‘The Castle’ with the themes of perseverance, understanding oneself and moving forward. 2020 now sees the release of exciting EP ‘The Shape of Light’ featuring chapters of a girl’s life journeying through the rough terrain of growing up. Miss Elm is on her way up as a solo artist and will win you over, one sweet melody at a time.

Maisy Taylor

Maisy experiments with jazz, folk and pop in her songwriting to create catchy hooks and complex melodies. Her diverse performance experience encompasses festivals such as Bello Winter Music and Falls Festival Byron Bay, where her performance was described as “the epitome of happiness on a grey day, with mischievous tones on lilting notes.” Now based in Brisbane, she is currently studying a Bachelor of Music, where she continues to hone her skills as a performer and songwriter.
