Sásta

Sásta (Happy in Irish) are the most exciting and dynamic Irish band in Australia today. Their brand of thumping contemporary Irish trad is delivered with phenomenal energy – it’s all about the fun and dancing! Sásta have toured the festival circuit nationally, as well as playing in France, New Zealand and New Caledonia. They are festival favourites with a great reputation that is well-earned.

In addition to headlining Hyde Park in Sydney twice for St. Patrick’s Day, Sásta have supported international acts such as Aslan, Mundy, Damien Dempsey, Sharon Shannon and Shane McGowan’s band The Popes (formerly of The Pogues). A  surefire  crowd-pleaser.
